Refund policy

We want every MunbeeBuddy order to arrive as expected. Because many wood signs are made with customer-selected names, photos, or other details, eligibility depends on whether an item is personalized.

Personalized products

Personalized and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged for a preference change, incorrect customer-provided details, or a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the submitted customization, contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Non-personalized products

Contact us within 30 days of delivery before returning an eligible non-personalized item. It must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Changes and cancellations

Email us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Once production begins, a personalized order may no longer be changed or cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days after approval for processing, plus any time required by the payment provider.
